  • We will ship your order within 2 business days after it has been placed.
  • Orders are typically shipped the next business day after processing.
  • Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

To the USA

  • Standard Shipping (10–15 business days): $5.99
  • Express Shipping (3–7 business days): $7.99
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $79.99

To Other Countries

  • Standard International Shipping (10–25 business days): $5.99
  • Shipping costs may vary slightly depending on your location and order size.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as customs clearance, carrier delays, and local delivery issues may affect actual delivery times.

3. Customs Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by local authorities.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees shown on our website.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We ship worldwide to most countries.
  • Orders to the United States and Spain are often fulfilled from local warehouses when available.
  • International orders are usually shipped from our central facility in China.

5. Multiple Items in One Order

  • If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately based on availability or warehouse location.
  • You will receive individual shipping confirmation emails for each item.

6. Changing Shipping Address

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
  • Once your order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or failed deliveries. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Wrong Items
